Using her extensive 30-year knowledge of the executive administrative profession, Catherine Chilton operates Elite PA Online from her home office in Margaret River. “Elite PA Online provides first-class executive, personal and secretarial support to clients on a freelance basis. I assist clients with almost any task that will help free up their time. They only pay for the hours that they need and so it is a more flexible and affordable option than employing an in-house EA or PA,” says Catherine. “I work with clients to prioritise and identify the tasks that can be outsourced and help them achieve harmony between their work and personal life. General day to day administrative support, social media scheduling, event management, minute taking are just some of the services I provide.
“The highlight of my business is watching the stress taken away from my clients once they have me on board, supporting and working alongside them to clear the backlog, giving them back valuable time to spend with family and friends.
“Virtual assistants are no longer a secret – the concept features in many productivity blogs and is called by some a productivity secret weapon.”
Having owned a home in Margaret River for the past 12 years Catherine and her young family made a lifestyle change in 2018 to move down permanently and it is here that she launched her business, servicing clients both here in the South West, Perth and in Sydney.
Gaining trust is extremely important in Catherine’s profession, so this year she is looking forward to attending some face to face networking events and also offering support to some voluntary organisations who may be in need. “Working remotely can have its benefits and challenges. I am looking to connect with Chamber members on a social level and making a valuable contribution to this wonderful and hard-working business community.”
