In today’s competitive environment, it is more important than ever to create a strong service culture supported by skills
to build loyal relationships with your customers and a better working environment for your employees. This course
provides guidelines and best practices for providing excellent customer service that will enable frontline staff in backup
and support roles to build, maintain, and increase a loyal customer base. This customer service training course is
designed to develop and fine-tune customer service skills. It further emphasises skills and behaviour to offer exceptional
customer care and service and to empower participants to provide effective solutions to customer service problems
when they arise. This course is ideal for anyone seeking training in customer service and customer care or who would
like to enhance and develop their customer service skills and behaviours.

On successful completion of this course, you will receive a Statement of Attainment with a nationally accredited unit SITXCCS303 – Provide Service to Customers – which can also create a pathway for further study in a range of qualifications.
